The applicant, William Hanney, has requested relief to change an existing non-conforming use to another non-conforming use from the same use category. Per section 240-24.1.5.B(b)(iv) of the Town Ordinance, this relief can be sought by Special Permit from the Planning Board. The applicant proposes a lodging house use at 82 School Street, Hyannis, 02601. The Planning Board meeting shall take place in person at the James H. Crocker, Jr. Hearing Room, Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA. The meeting will be televised live via Xfinity Channel 8 or high definition Channel 1072.
