Town of Barnstable Historical Commission Notice of Public Hearing July 21, 2026 at 4:00pm Acting under the provisions of the Code of the Town of Barnstable, §112-1 through §112-7, the Historical Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following applications: Normal Property LLC, 209 Bay Street, Osterville, Map 117, Parcel 158, Built Date Unknown Full Demolition: Demolish the existing barn.   The Barnstable Historical Commission Public Hearing will be held in person. Alternative public access to this meeting shall be provided in the following manner: 1. These hearings will be held in person at 4:00 PM Tuesday July 21, 2026 within the Selectmen’s Conference Room at Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA, 02601. 2.
