BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 5th day of August, 2026 the following property to-wit :
TRACT 2: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana.
Lot 4, Square 13, Bacon Place Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 60, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Bearing a municipal address of 3107 Herbet Street, Alexandria, LA 71301; (sometimes referred to as 3107 Herbert Street, Alexandria, LA 71301)
TRACT 7: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, being lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lot Seven (7) of SQUARE FOUR (4) of S.A. Guy Magnolia Park Addition to the City of Alexandria, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 90, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being the same property acquired by John Paul Adams from Paul K. Adams, et ux, pursuant to Act of Cash Sale, dated November 26, 1990, recorded November 26, 1990, in Conveyance Book 1306, page 513, under Entry #903803, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.

TRACT 14: A certain piece, parcel or lot of ground, together will all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights thereunto appertaining, situated in the City of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lout Four (4) of Square Four (4) of the Duncan Addition to the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, as per plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 4, page 57, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Bearing a municipal address of 2118 Webster Street, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301.
TRACT 16: A certain piece, parcel or tract of ground, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereto appertaining, being, lying and sitauted in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 3, Square 30 of the Kent Addition as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 1, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; Subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting property.

TRACT 1: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit: LOT 11 of Square 18 of the Alexandria Land Improvements Company, LTD's West Alexandria Addition to the City of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, as per plat recorded in COB Y, page 431, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. (Sometimes erroneously referred to as Conveyance Book 4, page 431).

TRACT 2: Two certain pieces, parcels or lots of ground, being, lying and situated in the City of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, all rights, ways and privileges thereutno belonging, and being more particularly described thus:
LOTS ELEVEN AND TWELVE (11 & 12) and half of Revoked 16' Alley of Square Twenty-Nine (29) of Racetrack Addition to the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, all as more particularly shown on Certificate of Survey by Willis Engineering, Inc., dated March 14, 1997, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a party hereof for greater certainty. Said property having a municipal address of 537,539 and 545 N. 16th Street, Alexandria, Louisiana.
TRACT 5: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings, and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
All of LOTS SIX (6) and 16'x38' portion of LOT SEVEN (7) located in the rear of said Lot Seven (7) and adjacent to Lot Six (6), Block Five (5), Hakenyos Subdivision, Ball Addition, Alexandria, Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, all as more fully shown with heavy lines on Certification of Survey by Avoyelles Surveyors, Inc., dated March 18, 1986.
Said property having a municipal address of 1826 Monroe Street, Alexandria, Louisiana.
TRACT 7: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildigns and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, prescriptions and possession thereto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Ctiy of Alexandria, Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows: Parts of Lots (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of the Powell Addition to the City of Alexandria, as per the official plat of Powell Addition, filed and recorded in the Plat Book 1 at page 165 of the Rapides Parish records and being described as beginning at the corner of Lot 1 which is common to Kelly Street and Ball Powell Street and thence run toward Louisiana Avenue, a distance of 85 feet to the Point of Beginning of the property herein described; From the Point of Beginning thus established, continue along Kelly Street a distance of 53 feet thereby establishing the front line of the property on Kelly Street; from the two points thus established run back between equal and parallel lines of 123.21 feet to Lots 4 and 5 in the rear and being the same property shwon within shaded lines on a Plat of Survey by Irion Lafargue dated October 29, 1951, filed and recorded in Conveyance Book 791, page 314 of the Rapides Parish records.

Lots Nine (9) of Square Five (5) of Hakenyos Subdivision of the Hall Addition of the City of Alexandria, having a front of 42.7 feet on Levin Street and running back between equal parallel lines, one of which is Cook Avenue, a distance of 160 feet to an alley in the rear all as shown by the official plat of Hakenyos Subdivision, filed and recorded in Plat Book 1, page 182 of the Rapides Parish, Records.

Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of Square Seven (7) of Bacon Place, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 107-108 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.

LOT 10 of Block 8 of the West Alexandria Addition, as per plat thereof recorded in Conveyance Book Y, page 430, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more fully shown on the Plat of Survey by Daniel D. Sandifur, dated November 3, 1979, and being the identical property acquired by the said Jack Thomas Harlan, et al by Act of Cash Sale and Assumption dated December 1, 1980, filed and recorded December 2, 1980, in Conveyance Book 1014, page 164, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.

Campbell from Paul H.
