LOT 3, MILLER'S CROSSING, UNIT NO. 3, A SUBDIVISION IN CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 3500, PAGE 317, REGISTRY 1815077, OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON INCLUDING THE 2002 SKYLINE MANUFACTURED HOME, 28'X 57', MODEL No. 701CT, SERIAL No. 2N-53-0228-R-AB, HAVING BEEN IMMOBILIZED BY THAT AFFIDAVIT TO IMMOBILIZE MOBILE HOME, RECORDS ON 11/25/2003, UNDER REGISTRY 1891844, OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA WITH GEO 191521003000300 ("PROPERTY")
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
