TO: Kimberly D. Dickelman, the City of West Lafayette, Indiana, needs permanent and temporary right-of-way across your land in conjunction with a public highway improvement known as 1401291; Soldiers Home Road, and will need to acquire the following described right-of-way from you:

A part of Lot 41 in Glenwood Meadows Subdivision Part 5, located in Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 4 West, Wabash Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, the plat of which subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 121, Page 50 in the Office of the Recorder of said county, and being that part of the grantor(s) land lying within the right-of-way lines depicted on the attached Right-of-Way Parcel Plat, marked as Exhibit "B", described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said lot, thence South 14 degrees 37 minutes 06 seconds West 71.99 feet (72.42 feet by the plat of said subdivision) along the eastern line of said lot; thence South 24 degrees 17 minutes 42 seconds West 8.33 feet along said eastern line to the southeast corner of said lot; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 03 seconds West 11.72 feet along the south line of said lot; thence Northerly 62.38 feet along an arc to the left having a radius of 710.00 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of North 17 degrees 08 minutes 08 seconds East and a length of 62.36 feet to the point designated “1061” on said Parcel Plat; thence North 14 degrees 37 minutes 06 seconds East 20.13 feet to the northern line of said lot; thence South 79 degrees 29 minutes 23 seconds East 10.03 feet along said northern line to the point of beginning and containing 858 square feet, more or less.

A part of Lot 41 in Glenwood Meadows Subdivision Part 5, located in Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 4 West, Wabash Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, the plat of which subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 121, Page 50 in the Office of the Recorder of said county, and being that part of the grantor(s) land described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said lot, thence North 79 degrees 29 minutes 23 seconds West 10.03 feet along the northern line of said lot to the Point of Beginning of this description: thence South 14 degrees 37 minutes 06 seconds West 20.13 feet; thence Southerly 22.75 feet along an arc to the right having a radius of 710.00 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of South 15 degrees 32 minutes 12 seconds West and a length of 22.75 feet; thence North 73 degrees 32 minutes 43 seconds West 5.00 feet; thence Northerly 22.59 feet along an arc to the left having a radius of 705.00 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of North 15 degrees 32 minutes 12 seconds East and a length of 22.59 feet; thence North 14 degrees 37 minutes 06 seconds East 19.77 feet to the northern line of said lot; thence South 79 degrees 29 minutes 23 seconds East 5.01 feet along said northern line to the point of beginning and containing 213 square feet, more or less.
