NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   Please Take Notice that the town zoning committee of the Town of Lincoln, State of Wisconsin, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 6:00PM located in the town hall at 10905 Falcon Road, Marshfield, WI on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, at which time all people interested may be heard on the following matters:   1. Zoning Ordinance Updates   10.02 to change the hearing on appeals from 5 days to 10 days prior to the public hearing and to use certified mail to be paid and sent by the applicant to all property owners within a ½ mile.   11.03 Petitions. Petitions for any change to the district boundaries or amendments to the regulations shall be filed with the Town Clerk and shall describe the premises to be rezoned (including legal descriptions) or the regulations to be amended, list the reasons justifying the petition, specify the proposed use and list the owner’s names and addresses of all properties lying within five hundred (500) feet of the area proposed to be rezoned. The petitioner shall provide additional information as may be required by the Zoning Committee or Town Board.   11.04 Fee. The following shall be paid to the Town Clerk by the petitioner to defray the cost of administration, investigation, advertising and processing of the petition to be paid by the applicant.   11.07 Public Hearings to include certified mail to be sent and paid by the applicant and to change the mailing to all property owners within a ½ mile in all directions for all districts for all conditional use permits.   To consider a variance to parcel 1000051B to allow this parcel to be a buildable site which is in the residential district and does meet the spirit and general terms of the town zoning ordinance.   Scott Weber Zoning Chairman Run: July 5 & 12, 2026 WNAXLP
