NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NOTICE is hereby given that Foothills Metropolitan District (the "District") seeks proposals from qualified entities to prequalify one or more firms to acquit a public project, as defined in Section 32-1-1803(7), C.R.S., for the Foothills Mall Repositioning Project in the City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado (the "Project") within or adjacent to the boundaries of the District in accordance with the Integrated Delivery Method for Special District Public Improvements Act, Sections 32-1-1801 et seq., C.R.S.
