NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2024-13711CICI off the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST IX-B is Plaintiff and DAVID THOMAS NASON; WF HIL 2020-2 GRANTOR TRUST are Defendants.
The Clerk, Laura E. Roth, sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.volusia.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on the 12th day of August, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
