By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Delaware Circuit Court 5 of Delaware County, Indiana, in Cause No. 18C05-2603-MF-000034 wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC was Plaintiff, and Kari Jo Bramlett, Capital One, N.A. and PrimeTrust Federal Credit Union were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered One (1) in Ponderosa Estates, Section "C", an Addition situated in Union Township, Delaware County, Indiana, a plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 12, pages 88-89, in the Office of the Recorder of Delaware County, Indiana.
