The Authority’s existing warehouse is insufficient to accommodate its needs for a central warehouse and maintenance operations. The proposed building office space must be located in New Bedford, with a minimum of 10,000 square feet of usuable space. The property must provide a minimum on-site 15 parking spaces, loading dock is preferred.
