Information for Bidders   Installation of Asphalt pool park parking area   The City of Mt. Pulaski, 113 S. Lafayette St., Mt. Pulaski, IL 62548, will accept sealed bids until July 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time for the following work described: 1. Approximate area is 5820 sq. ft (291’ long x 20’ wide) 2. Excavate area to 12-inch depth. 3. Install minimum of 8-inches compacted base. 4. Install 3-inch compacted Hot mix asphalt. Contractor shall provide all pricing at prevailing wage. Contractor shall provide certificate of Insurance prior to commencing any work. Contractor shall notify the City of Mt. Pulaski 2 days prior to commencing any work. Contractor agrees to perform the work between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays only. Contractor shall indicate on the bid the approximate date to perform the work. Contractor shall submit a sealed bid, clearly marked “Pool Park parking” All bids will be opened at the City Council Meeting of July 28, 2026, at 6:00 PM at which time the bids will be read out loud. The City of Mt. Pulaski reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
