June 24, 2026   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I have received the warrant for the collection of taxes for the City School District of the City of White Plains, New York for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. Said taxes may be paid in two equal installments, which are due and payable without interest on or before the 31st day of July 2026 and on or before the 31st day of January 2027 respectively, pursuant to the provisions of Article 13 of the Real Property Tax Law.   The date on which this warrant expires is January 31, 2027.   I am collector of such School Taxes by virtue of an agreement between The City of White Plains, New York and the City School District of The City of White Plains, New York, entered into for the sole purpose of eliminating the expense of duplicate tax collection agencies within the City of White Plains.                                                   SERGIO SENSI                                                COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE 12437392
