NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Simi Valley Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as the District, acting by and through its Board of Education, invites bids for the supply of the following fuel: (i) 87 Octane Unleaded Gasoline (“Gasoline”) and (ii) Renewable Diesel (“Diesel”); the Gasoline and Diesel subject to this Requests for Bids are collectively referred to herein as “Fuel.”
SUMMARY OF REQUEST
The District is inviting bids from Vendors/Suppliers for the ongoing supply and delivery of Fuel to the District’s transportation facility.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bid Submission Due Date: Tuesday, July 28, 2026; 2:00 PM
Bids must be submitted in writing, on forms provided by the District, and received by the Purchasing department in a SEALED envelope clearly marked “Fuel Bid, P27FS471” no later than the Bid Submission Due Date shown immediately above, addressed as follows:

Download from the District’s website at https://www.simivalleyusd.org/rfq2. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive inconsequential informalities or irregularities therein. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for receipt of bids; price proposals shall remain firm during such period.
