ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   The County of Winnebago, Wisconsin, a tax-exempt municipal corporation under Wisconsin Statute 77.54(9a), will receive sealed bids up to 3:00 p.m. on July 29, 2026, for the following:   ITB-48-2026 POYGAN BOAT RAMP REPLACEMENT: Winnebago County is requesting sealed bids to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the boat ramps at the Lake Poygan Boat Landing.   Contractors may obtain copies of the Bid Documents from DemandStar/OpenBids. If you are not a member of DemandStar/OpenBids, please contact bids@winnebagocountywi.gov for information on how to sign up free of charge.   A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake Poygan Boach Launch located at 8816 Poygan Shores Rd. Winneconne WI 54986.   Bids must be electronically filed on the DemandStar/OpenBids platform, no later than 3:00 p.m., central time, July 29, 2026. Bids received after the above hour and date will not be accepted.   A bid bond, payable to Winnebago County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within ten (10) days after award of the contract.   Contractor shall furnish a Public Improvement Performance/Labor and Materials Payment Bond pursuant to Sec. 779.14 WI Statutes, with a surety duly authorized to and licensed to do business in the State of Wisconsin for use and benefit of claimants in an amount not less than the contract sum.   Bids will be opened electronically and publicly read at 3:00 p.m., central time, July 29, 2026 in room 119 at the Winnebago County Administrative Building located at 112 Otter Ave Oshkosh WI 54901. Bid results will be available on DemandStar/OpenBids.   Winnebago County is not liable for any costs incurred in replying to this request.
