NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25001236CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the NINETEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Martin County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JENNI SAMANTHA CARSON; BENJAMIN JACOB CARSON; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SUNSET TRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARTIN DOWNS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Carolyn Timmann, Martin County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.martin.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4703, SUNSET TRACE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
