NOTICE   The Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28th at 7:00 PM at the Upper Makefield Township Building, 1076 Eagle Road, Newtown, PA 18940, to consider the application of Ronald and Catherine Pepin regarding Tax Parcel No. 47-007-027-022, which is located at 1 Knowles Creek Road, in the JM – Jericho Mountain District of Upper Makefield Township. The applicants propose to build an eight-foot deer fence at least 85 feet from Great Hills Road.
