SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP Bucks County, Pennsylvania NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Solebury Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a hybrid public hearing on July 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in person at the Township Building, located at 3092 Sugan Road, Solebury Township, PA 18963. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comment and public testimony regarding the proposed ordinance entitled,   AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOLEBURY, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, CHAPTER 27 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES (ZONING) RELATING TO FARM WORKER HOUSING   In summary, this proposed ordinance amends Section 27-202 of the Township Code of Ordinances to delete definition for the term “Agricultural Workers” and adds new definitions for the terms “Agricultural Operation(s),” “Area Median Income (AMI),” “Attainable Housing,” “Farm Worker Housing,” and “Farm Workers.” It adds new 27-402.1.B(9), related to permitted accessory uses in the RA Residential/Agricultural Zoning District, deletes Sections 27-402.1.C(8) and 27-402.1.C(17), related to Conditional Uses in the RA District, replaces Section 27-404.l.B(2)(i) and 27-404.l.B(2)(j), related to residential accessory dwellings in the RA District, adds new 27-404.l.B(3), related to farm worker housing in the RA District, and deletes Section 27-404.1.C(5) and Section 27-404.1.C(9), related to Conditional Uses in the RA District. It adds new 27-602.1.B(9), related to permitted accessory uses in the RB Residential/Agricultural Zoning District, deletes Sections 27-602.1.C(10) and 27-902.1.C(19), related to Conditional Uses in the RB District, replaces Section 27-604.l.B(2)(i) and 27-604.l.B(2)(j), related to residential accessory dwellings in the RB District, adds new 27-604.l.B(3), related to farm worker housing in the RB District, and deletes Section 27-404.1.C(6) and Section 27-604.1.C(10), related to Conditional Uses in the RB District. It replaces 27 Attachment 1 - Summary Table - Area and Bulk Regulations RA, Residential/Agricultural District. It adds new 27-2603.1.A(6), related to accessory uses, buildings and structures and adds new Section 27-2603.1.P, related to farm worker housing. The proposed ordinance has a partial repealer and a severability clause, as well a provision for the effective date five (5) days after approval and adoption.   At the public meeting after the hearing, the Board of Supervisors may consider enactment of the proposed ordinance. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be reviewed at the Township Building, located at 3092 Sugan Road, Solebury Township, PA 18963 during normal business hours; a copy may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.
