Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-25 and City Ordinance 15.15 inclusive, you have been identified as having a substantial property interest in one of the below-referenced unsafe premises in one of the below referenced properties. The Building Commission has issued an ORDER. A HEARING REGARDING THE PROPERTIES LISTED BELOW WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE HEARING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF EVANSVILLE, INDIANA AT 1:00 P.M.
