ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the Town of Holliston Zoning By-Laws and MGL, c. 40A, the Board will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 via remote participation to hear the following petitions:
Use Variance petition of Wood Street Realty, LLC (Applicant) seeking relief from Section III(D)(10) for use of the existing building for a physical therapy office. The locus is 1135 Washington Street, a newly created lot in the Agricultural- Residential B (AR-2) zoning district. The property is owned by HMB Enterprise, LLC.
Dimensional Variance petition of Donald J. Landers, IV (Applicant/Owner) seeking relief from the Lot Depth provisions of Section IV-B in order to proceed to an Open Space Residential Dwelling Development application under Section V-H. The locus is 650 Marshall Street in the Agricultural-Residential A (AR-1) zoning district.
