CORP, JR., THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE MARGUERITE BURATTI Defendants.   ORDER OF NOTICE   The above-entitled cause is a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and for Declaratory Relief to Order Plaintiffs as the owners to the property located at Lot 15 on Albro Plat Section C recorded in the Coventry Land Evidence Records, via Adverse Possession.  WHEREAS, Plaintiffs seek relief as follows: That this Honorable Court enter a Declaratory Judgment that locus Lot 15 is in accordance with R.I General Laws 1956 34-7-1, is owned in fee by your Plaintiffs, and that title to the same is forever quieted in Plaintiffs; That this Honorable Court enter a Declaratory Judgment declaring that that any interest that the heirs of Sophie C. Corp may have had to any portion of Lot 15 has been terminated by adverse possession of the plaintiffs for a period of more than 10 years; and That this Honorable Court grant such other relief as this Court deems just.  AND, it appearing that the unknown heirs of the Estate of Virginia Baer, the unknown heirs of the Estate of Frances S. Corp, the unknown heirs of the Estate of Henry W. Corp, Jr., and the unknown heirs of the Estate of Marguerite Buratti, upon whom service of process has not yet been completed, the said party being Defendants in the above entitled cause, it is:  ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that notice of the pendency of this cause be given by Plaintiffs at the frequency of once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in The Providence Journal, a newspaper published in Providence County, with circulation, among other locales, in Coventry, Rhode Island, to notify said Defendant to serve an Answer to said Complaint upon the Attorney for Plaintiffs, Marinosci Law Group, P.C., 275 West Natick Road, Suite 500, Warwick, RI 02886, and to file the answer within twenty (20) days of the last publication of this notice with the Office of the Clerk of the Kent County Superior Court. If they fail to do so, Judgment will be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint, following the entry of their default.
