NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at the Plan Commission meeting of the Village of Harrison, Calumet County, Wisconsin on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 6:00pm at Harrison Village Hall, W5298 State Road 114. The public hearing will address the following petitions:
1. Proposed Zoning Map Amendment: Request to rezone 33.89 acres from General Agriculture [AG] to Rural Residential [RR]. The subject property is located within a portion of Parcel 40340, south of the business Milis Flatwork and east of Dallas Drive and Creekview Road. The property is legally described as follows: Part of lot 2 of certified survey map no. 4069 (recorded in volume 37, page 271 of maps as document no. 582246), being part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, and part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, all in fractional Section 6, Township 20 north, Range 19 east, Village of Harrison, Calumet county, Wisconsin, which is bound and described as follows: Commencing at the north 1/4 corner of said section 6; thence south 89°26’24” east along the north line of said northeast 1/4, 888.17 feet; thence south 00°12’06” east 521.65 feet to the northwest corner of said lot 2; thence continuing south 00°12’06” east along the west line of said lot 2, 130.77 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 89°26’37” east 1247.58 feet to the east line of said lot 2; thence south 00°31’03” west along said east line, 1114.69 feet to the southeast corner of said lot 2; thence north 86°36’33” west along the south line of said lot 2, 247.07 feet; thence continuing along said south line, south 17°08’36” west 360.70 feet; thence continuing along said south line, south 72°24’45” west 921.44 feet to the southwest corner of said lot 2; thence north 00°12’06” west along the west line of said lot 2, 52.89 feet to a point on a meander line to the centerline of Konkapot creek, said point being south 00°12’06” east 47 feet more or less from said centerline; thence north 58°10’51” east along said meander line, 493.04 feet to the point of termination, being a point on the west line of the east 1/2 of said northeast 1/4, said point being south 00°00’41” east 87 feet more or less from said centerline; thence north 00°00’41” west along the west line of said east 1/2, being the west line of said lot 2 and the extension thereof, 796.18 feet; thence south 89°47’53” west 422.52 feet to the west line of said lot 2; thence north 00°12’06” west along said west line, 627.72 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 1,476,025 sq. Ft. (33.88 acres) more or less, including all lands between said meander line and the centerline of Kankapot creek, and is subject to all existing easements and restrictions of record.
2. Proposed Zoning Map Amendment: Request to rezone 10.1519 acres from General Agriculture [AG] to Single-Family Residential (Suburban) [RS-1]. The subject property is located wholly within Parcel 33272, which is directly west and south of site address N9395 State Park Rd. The property is legally described as follows: All of Lot 1 Certified Survey Map 976, recorded as Document No 168793, located in part of Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; Section 2, Town 20 North, Range 18 East, Village of Harrison, Calumet County, Wisconsin, containing 44,218 Square Feet (10.1519 Acres) of land more or less.
All interested persons may appear at the public hearing to provide input or may submit written comments to: Zoning Administrator, W5298 State Road 114, Menasha, WI 54952. The Plan Commission will make their decision during the regular meeting.
