LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE on July 22, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held before the Voorhees Township, Camden County, N.J. Planning Board, at the Voorhees Township Town Center, located at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, N.J., 08043, concerning the filed application of the undersigned affecting the property known as Block 3, Lot 6, as shown in the filed application and the Official Tax Map of the Township of Voorhees Township, Camden County, New Jersey.
The purpose of this application is to grant a residential minor subdivision of the existing property into TWO (2) separate building Lots, with (i) proposed Lot 6.01 being sub-divided into a separate 21,000 sf lot, plus or minus, containing one existing residential dwelling; and, ii) proposed lot 6.02 into a separate residential building lot containing 21,000 sf lot, plus or minus. As part of the Application, the following variances are being requested:
§152.015.(D)(1)(b) – Minimum Front Yard Setback
A Variance is being requested to allow for an existing front yard setback of 24.7 ft. for the existing front porch, for the remainder Lot 6.01, whereas a minimum front yard setback of 30 ft. is required;
§152.015.(D)(3) – Minimum Side Yard Setback
A Variance is being requested to allow for an existing minimum side yard setback for the existing dwelling, of 8.8 ft. for the remainder Lot 6.01, whereas a minimum side yard setback of 10 ft. is required; and
Any other relief, variances, design waivers or approvals, subdivision or otherwise, which may be required as a result of professional review or as deemed necessary by the Board.
All documents pertaining to this application are on file at the office of the Secretary of the Planning Board of the Township of Voorhees, at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, N.J., 08043, and said application and all exhibits attached to the application may be inspected during normal business hours.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Voorhees Township Planning Board and all applicable state statutes.
