The subject property is located at 500 Route 73 South, more commonly known as the Promenade at Sagemore, and further identified as Block 33.11, Lot 1 on the Township of Evesham Tax Map.
The approving resolution was memorialized on June 18, 2026. The resolution and all relevant data are on file with the Evesham Township Planning Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at the Evesham Township Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ 08053.
