YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon the Law Offices of Taylor and Keyser, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 89 Haddon Avenue, Suite B2, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033, an answer to the first amended complaint filed in a civil action in which Amir Little is the plaintiff and Natividad Tricoche, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; and the State of New Jersey, are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within 35 days after July 13, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the first amended complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney you may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association or Lawyer Referral Service of the county of venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may communicate with the Legal Services Office of the county of venue. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #97-00141 dated March 27, 1997, made by the Tax Collector of the City of Camden, and covers real estate located at 338 Cherry Street, in the City of Camden, County of Camden and State of New Jersey, known as Block 244, Lot 21, as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of the City of Camden.
YOU, NATIVIDAD TRICOCHE, HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, are made defendants in the above entitled action because you have or may claim to have some right, title, lien or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy, devise, dower, curtesy, mortgage, deed, or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right.
The nature of which and the reason that you are joined as a defendant is set forth with particularity in the first amended complaint, a copy of which will be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
