This vacation request will be heard at a meeting to be held immediately following the normal Vanderburgh County Commissioners meeting at 9:30 AM, on August 11, 2026, in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex. This notice is published in compliance with Drainage Law Indiana Code Title 36 Article 9 Chapter 27 Part 37, Vacation of drains; procedures; appeals. We are seeking to vacate the portion that lies between the south side of Covert Avenue and the east right-of-way of Seasons Ridge Boulevard.
