Legal Notice to: UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES of LONA MAY BLOCKER,
deceased, and JOHN DOE you are hereby notified that Plaintiffs have brought this action naming you as defendants in the above name court by filing their complaint on June 30, 2026.
The object of the Complaint is to have the property described in Exhibit "F" of said complaint to be declared Plaintiffs property by adverse possession. The Plaintiffs claim to have exclusive, notorious, continuous and adverse possession of said property for over 21 years. The property is at end of Bath Street in Put-in-Bay, Ohio and adjacent to Plaintiff's property located at 13 Bath Street, Put-in-Bay, Ohio. Said property is on the waterfront and also known as the boat ramp. You may have an interest in said property. Plaintiffs seek an Order issue that title to said property be quieted in Plaintiffs name and for such other relief the court deems just and proper. The property is described in EXHIBIT "F" attached to the Complaint herein.
You are required to Answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on AUGUST 12, 2026.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint,
