High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Heirs or Devisees of Tamara Collins, Decedent is an owner of the premises known as 1341 East 16th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43211, parcel number 010-016069-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located al 1347 East 16th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43211 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or titte fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severalty liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitted.
