High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Lorena R Steward, Heirs or Devisees of Lorena R Steward, and Heirs or Devisees of Harry O Steward are the owners of the premises known as 2176 Middlehurst Drive Columbus, OH 43219, parcet number 010-167298-00;that said premises is a public nuisance;wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 2176 Middlehurst Drive Columbus, OH 43219 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or title fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitabte and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitted.
