Defendants. Bill Kinsaul, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for BAY County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.bay.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 a.m. on 07/30/2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Bay, State of Florida, and described as follows: Parcel 1 A parcel of land being the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter, section 22, township 3 south, range 16 west and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 22, township 3 south, range 16 west lying south of the gulf power company easement as recorded in deed book 165, page 274 of the public records of Bay County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 22, township 3 south, range 16 west, Bay County, Florida and proceed north 00 degrees 36 minutes 58 seconds east, for a distance of 2,639.97 feet to the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 22; thence south 89 degrees 30 minutes 21 seconds east, along the north boundary line of said southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, for a distance of 165.54 feet to a point on the south right of way of a gulf power company easement as recorded in deed book 165, page 274 of the public records of Bay County, Florida; thence south 59 degrees 10 minutes 44 seconds east, along said south right of way line, for a distance of 1,338.72 feet to a point on the east boundary line of the aforesaid southeast quarter of the northeast quarter; thence leaving said south right of way line proceed south 00 degrees 36 minutes 24 seconds west, fora distance of 1,963.61 feet to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of said section 22; thence north 89 degrees 31 minutes 22 seconds west, along the south boundary line of said northeast quarter of the southeast quarter, for a distance of 1,322.83 feet to the point of beginning. containing 71.175 acres, more or less. Parcel 2 Easements benefiting parcel 1 as contained in easement recorded march 6, 1989 in official records book 1221, page 1801, and assigned by assignment of easement recorded July 19, 2004 in official records book 2475, page 1801, public records of Bay County, Florida..

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A TIMELY CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. .AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF THE RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s Attorney.
