LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trumbauersville Borough Zoning Hearing Board will conduct Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Trumbauersville Borough Hall located at 1 Evergreen Drive, Trumbauersville, PA to consider the following:
1. The appeal of Collin Kelly concerning a property located at 35 Main Street, Trumbauersville, PA 18970, also known as Tax Map Parcel No. 45-003-115. The property is located in the Borough’s SRM – Suburban Residential Medium zoning district. The Applicant is appealing three (3) notices of violations issued by the Borough concerning the operation of certain uses not permitted in the SRM zoning district, construction of a building without zoning approval and possession of shipping containers on the property.
2. The application of Vince Randazzo concerning a property located at 118 N. Main Street, Trumbauersville, PA 18970, also known as Tax Map Parcel No. 45-003-006-001. The property is located in the Borough’s SRM – Suburban Residential Medium zoning district. In relation to conversion of an existing commercial building into apartments, the Applicant is seeking the following variances: (1) from Sections 503 and 527 of the zoning ordinance to permit a balcony to be constructed in the front yard, a balcony in the side yard and a stair tower in the side yard; (2) from Section 502 to permit a density of 6.8 dwelling units per acre where 1.9 dwelling units per acre are permitted; (3) from Section 502 to permit an impervious surface percentage of 60.7% where 25% is permitted; (4) from Section 404.B2.g to permit recreation land to be located in the rear yard; (5) from Section 505 to not comply with buffer yard requirements. In addition, Applicant is seeking a special exception to permit a nonconforming building to be expanded.
