INVITATION TO BID JACOBUS BOROUGH – WINTER MAINTENANCE 2026-2027 Sealed bids are requested for snow and ice removal and application of anti-skid/de-icing material on Borough-owned streets for a one-year contract beginning October 15, 2026 through October 14, 2027. Sealed bids will be received on behalf of the Jacobus Borough Council, York County, Pennsylvania, at the office of Saxton & Stump, 221 West Philadelphia Street, Suite 600 York, PA 17401 until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday (prevailing time), August 5, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of Saxton & Stump at 2:00 p.m. (prevailing time), same date.
