City of Evansville – Vanderburgh County Computer Services Department REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Evansville - Vanderburgh County Computer Services Department is acting on behalf of the Board of Public Works and the Vanderburgh County Commissioners in soliciting proposals to provide the following: MSP for IT Services and Support RFP-948-03-2026 The proposal packages can be obtained online at the following: https://www.evansvillegov.org/city/department/division.php?structureid=130 Sealed proposals will be publicly opened and responding vendors announced at the Board of Public Works meeting starting at 1:30 P.M. CST on Thursday, August 13, 2026 Each proposal must be in full compliance with the specifications and executed by the vendor on the forms provided in the proposal, wherein the Non-Collusion Affidavit must be completed in accordance with the Indiana State Board of Accounts. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Evansville - Board of Public Works in an amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) as evidence of good faith of the vendor and such deposit shall be subject to forfeiture in the event the vendor fails to execute the contract in accordance with their proposal. Consideration of applicable taxes shall be observed as covered in the specifications and proposal forms. In no instance, however, will Federal Taxes or Indiana Sales Tax be applicable. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any one or all proposals, to waive and irregularities in any proposal and to make the award in the best interest of the City.
