NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Nueces Central Appraisal District (NCAD) will receive competitive sealed bids for the following: Invitation for Bids (IFB) HVAC Replacement and Maintenance Services Sealed bids are due at 3:00 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, July 23, 2026; and immediately thereafter all sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at the NCAD Board of Directors Room, 1st Floor, 201 N. Chaparral, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. A copy of the bid specifications may be obtained in person at Nueces Central Appraisal District, 201 N. Chaparral, Suite 206, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. They may also be obtained by visiting the Nueces Central Appraisal District website at www.nuecescad.net/procurement/ Sealed bid documents shall be delivered or mailed to the Nueces Central Appraisal District 201 N. Chaparral, Suite 206, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401.
