NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST TO AMEND EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Please take notice that the Plan Commission of the Village of Wales will, on the 28th day of July, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Wales Community Center located at 216 West South Street, Wales, Wisconsin, conduct a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment on the amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 110 Oak Crest Drive., Wales, WI 53183
The Conditional Use Permit Amendment Request is to allow a commercial structure to have an accessory structure for storage, (Garage) Chapter 435-28 B (5) of the Village of Wales Zoning Code of Ordinances The unit is being used as a 2-family residential unit in the B-2 Zoning District, under a granted Conditional Use Permit. Related materials may be reviewed at the Wales Village Hall during regular office hours.
All interested parties and any objections to this Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit being granted will be heard at the Public Hearing.
