NOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER CITY PROPERTY The City of Glendale is providing notice that it intends to transfer a 15,858 square foot (0.3640 acres) portion of City property located at the southeast corner of Northern and Glen Harbor Blvd to Maricopa County in order to facilitate the access off of Glen Harbor Blvd to the West Valley Animal Care and Control facility. The City has determined it is in the public’s interest to transfer the property access to operate and maintain its facilities. Glendale City Council must authorize transfer of the property by ordinance. The City of Glendale Council will consider approval of this transfer at its August 11, 2026 meeting, to be held at 5:30 p.m. at the City of Glendale Council Chambers, 5850 West Glendale Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85301.
