Unofficial Condensed Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Iowa Schools Joint Investment Trust A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on June 30, 2026 at the Iowa Association of School Boards office, 6000 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, and electronically, via Zoom. Elizabeth Brenna, Chair and Trustee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. Also present via ZOOM were: Trustees: Jared McDonald, Vice Chair and Trustee, Shashank Aurora, Treasurer; Chad Crabb, Trustee; Jim Green, Trustee; D.T. Magee, Ex-officio Trustee and Secretary; and Calvin VandeKrol, Ex-officio Assistant Secretary. Guests: Emily Piper, Jeff Smith, Stephanie Rousseau, Charlie Czachor, Anita Tracy, Paul Kruse, Caleb Walter, Rajesh Chainani, Cam Draude, and Kristin Cooper. The Board unanimously approved the agenda and the minutes of the January 30, 2026 and May 21, 2026 meetings. The Board unanimously approved the hiring of a lobbyist for the 2027 legislative session.
