NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Great FallsCity Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Commission Chambers, Civic Center Building, Great Falls, Montana to consider a request from M. Nelson regarding the following:
1. Resolution 10633 – Annexation of an existing residence addressed as 305 21st Ave S and legally described as Lot 3, Grandview Tracts SEC 13, TWN 20N, RNG 3E, P.M.M., Cascade County, Montana.
2. Ordinance 3285 – Establishing the City zoning classification of R-2 Single-family Medium Density upon the above described property.
The procedures and basis of decision for Annexation by Petition can be found within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls (OCCGF) Title 17 Chapter 16 Article 7. The procedures and basis of decision for Zoning Map Amendment can be found within OCCGF Title 17, Chapter 16, Article 40.
Any interested party may speak for or against this request in person at the public hearing or submit written comments by mail to P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403 or by email to commission@greatfallsmt.gov before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the agenda item and before final vote on the matter.
