Nelson regarding the following: 1. Resolution 10633 – Annexation of an existing residence addressed as 305 21st Ave S and legally described as Lot 3, Grandview Tracts SEC 13, TWN 20N, RNG 3E, P.M.M., Cascade County, Montana. 2. Ordinance 3285 – Establishing the City zoning classification of R-2 Single-family Medium Density upon the above described property.
