LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Project No. 34-26-1 Apparatus Ramp Replacement Anchorage Middletown Fire & EMS is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition, design, and replacement of the existing apparatus ramp at Station 34, 1400 Evergreen Road, Anchorage, Kentucky. The project includes the replacement of approximately 3,400 square feet of heavy-duty concrete pavement serving an active fire station. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work while maintaining emergency response operations throughout construction. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 12:00 Noon (ET), August 14, 2026.
