
NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2026-12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider a request by Elver Guardado to develop a funeral home and memorial event facility that will be located within an existing building. The proposed project will be located at 246 E Tulare Avenue (APN 176-092-011). The property is zoned C-3 (Retail Commercial).
This application has been filed under the provisions of Chapter 10.80 of Title 10 of Tulare City Code.
The Community Development Department has determined that this project is exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026 beginning at 5:30 p.m., at Council Chambers, 491 North 'M' Street, Tulare, California.
