BELLINGHAM PLANNING BOARD
RENOTIFICATION
The Bellingham Planning Board in accordance with Town of Bellingham's Subdivision Rules and Regulations § 245-10, Definitive Plan and §240-54, Stormwater Management of the Town of Bellingham Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 7:00 pm, in the Arcand Meeting Room, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019.
The applicant, Snowflake, LLC c/o Kevin Lobisser requests a major modification to the previously approved Residential Development Overlay District (DRDOD) Special Permit Section 240-208 of Article XXIX, and Definitive Subdivision Approval Section 245-10, and Stormwater Management Plan Permit Section 240-54 for the construction of a residential subdivision consisting of 105 single family and 66 townhouses. The modifications are focused on roadway alignment, lot configuration, stormwater management and construction phasing. The site consists of 85.6+/- acres between Mill Street and Mechanic Street in Bellingham, shown on Assessor'sMap 51, 13-1, zoned Suburban and Business-1.
