The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you Dennis
Whitehouse; Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants.
Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has commenced in the Circuit
Court of Fulton County, by the said Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the
foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
LOT NUMBER ONE (1) IN BLOCK NUMBER TWO (2) OF THE STAR COAL
COMPANY SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST OF THE FOURTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, SITUATED IN FULTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS,
EXCEPT THE COAL UNDERLYING THE LAND AND ALL RIGHTS AND
EASEMENTS IN FAVOR OF THE ESTATE OF SAID COAL; AND
LOTS NUMBERED TWO (2) AND THREE (3) IN BLOCK TWO (2) OF THE STAR
COAL COMPANY SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST OF THE FOURTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, SITUATED IN FULTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

and which said Mortgage was made by Dennis Whitehouse and Tammy Whitehouse, husband
and wife Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as
nominee for Flat Branch Mortgage Inc., its successors and assigns as Mortgagee, and recorded in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Fulton County, Illinois, Document No. 2093124.
And for other relief; that summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as
provided by law, and that the suit is now pending.
Now therefore, unless you, the said above named defendants, e-file your answer to the
Complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, on or before the 30th day
after the first publication of this notice which is AUGUST 10, 2026. Default may be
entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the
prayer of said Complaint.
