DEMCO ADVERTISEMENT FOR Request for Proposal (RFP) – Disaster Recovery – Dead Tree Removal   The purpose and intention of this invitation is to provide Tree Removal Services for identified dead trees as part of DEMCO Hurricane Ida Project 751768-Dead Tree Removal   Submittals will be received by DEMCO  Until 12:00 p.m. CDT, on Thursday, July 21, 2026 Any proposals received after this time will not be considered.   Licensed Tree Removal Contractor should be prepared to safely remove identified dead trees. In addition, Contractor should provide equipment, software, and personnel sufficient to accurately record required data associated with the removal of dead trees related to the project. The contractor shall provide a daily work plan including roster, circuit, and location. Contractor supplied laptops shall be used by each crew to perform planned work uploads daily.   Detailed specifications and proposal submission requirements are available through the DEMCO Euna/Bonfire procurement portal. Vendors must register at: https://demco.org/vendor-contractor-registration Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Euna/Bonfire. In the event of technical difficulties, respondents may contact DEMCO Purchasing at purchasing@demco.org for assistance. Respondents are responsible for monitoring the Bonfire portal for addenda and procurement updates. This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. All respondents must not be debarred or suspended from participation in federal programs.
