LEGAL NOTICE   The City of Plaquemine, LA, in conjunction with the LACPC Joint Municipal Commission (LACPC) seeks to purchase one (1) GoView Mobile Security & Surveillance System and place additional units on the LACPC-Louisiana Police & Public Safety Departments Group Purchasing Organization price list for additional purchases by its Louisiana municipal and local government members. The GoView surveillance system is trailable, mobile, cloud-based, and provides video monitoring to reduce crime, eliminate losses, monitor traffic and construction areas, and provide greater efficiencies and capabilities for public safety agencies.   Bids will be accepted until 2:00 pm on July 20, 2026, from authorized GoView suppliers who are registered to conduct business in Louisiana. A dealer with a physical presence in Louisiana is desired. Bids will be submitted online only at https://lamats.easibuy.com to bidders who have properly registered on this website portal. All bid packets will be obtained online only at this website. The City of Plaquemine will not be responsible for mailing, emailing or distributing the bid specifications, instructions or bid packets from city hall.   At the bid deadline, bidders who have submitted bid packets will be identified by name and bid representative only. Notice of award will be issued through https://lamats.easibuy.com after the product offerings and suppliers are evaluated. Neither the City of Plaquemine nor the LACPC are obligated to select the lowest priced product but will consider all evaluation factors related to the supplier's qualifications, warranties and product functionality and support in making an award.   The City of Plaquemine and the LACPC reserve the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part at any time until a purchase agreement is entered into.
