By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 11/13/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 08/12/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, STATE OF LOUISIANA, ON THE RIGHT DESCENDING BANK OF BAYOU LAFOURCHE, AT ABOUT TWO MILES ABOVE THE CITY OF THIBODAUX, SAID LOT OF GROUND IS DESIGNATED AS LOT 17 OF WAVERLY GARDENS SUBDIVISION, AND IS DESIGNATED ON A MAP ENTITLED "PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF N.R. DEGRAVELLES BEING A PORTION OF WAVERLY PLANTATION, LOCATED IN SECTIONS 5 AND 6 T 15 S-R 16 E, PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, STATE OF LOUISIANA", DATED JANUARY 9, 1979 AND PREPARED BY WARREN & ASSOCIATES, WHICH SAID MAP IS FILED IN THE RECORDS OF THE CLERK OF COURT OF THE PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, LOUISIANA, UNDER ENTRY NO. 501092. SAID LOT 17 MEASURES ONE HUNDRED SIX POINT THIRTY (106.30') FEET FRONT ON DUE DRIVE, AND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT POINT SIXTY- TWO (188.62') FEET ALONG ITS REAR PROPERTY LINE.
