By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 06/03/26, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 08/12/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
A certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, being described as Tract 2 on a plat of survey entitled, "Map showing lot line shift between properties belonging to Francis P. Stevens, et al located in Sec. 2, T15S-RI8E & Sec. 45, T16S-R18E, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana," said attached plat prepared by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor, Inc., dated October 21, 2019, and said tract having such boundaries and dimensions as shown thereon, together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging and anywise appertaining.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $159459.72 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
