(the "Applicant") has applied to the City of Vineland Planning Board seeking an amended major site plan with bulk variance relief and submission waivers to permit the existing cold storage facility to remain as built at the Site, which requires bulk variance relief (the "Application"). The subject property is located at 1241 N Main Road, Vineland, NJ and is further identified as Block 1909, Lot 67.02 on the City of Vineland Tax Map (the "Site"). The Applicant seeks the following relief from the City Ordinance: From Vineland Code § 425-308A(1) to permit a rear yard setback of 15.8 feet where 20 feet is required;Confirmation of the side-yard setback pre-existing nonconformity associated with the frame dwelling (9.4 feet existing vs. 20 feet required) or, alternatively, a variance permitting such side-yard setback; andWaivers of any site plan checklist items not provided by the Applicant due to the unique nature of this Application. There are no further variances identified as required for this Application, but the Applicant requests any and all other variances and waivers as may be required as a result of review and recommendations of the Board or its professional review staff. This matter will be heard at the special meeting of the City of Vineland Planning Board scheduled for July 23, 2026, at the Vineland City Hall, Council Chambers, 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, NJ 08360.
