CITY OF VAN METER, IOWA NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Sale and Redevelopment of Real Property The City of Van Meter is accepting sealed proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of City-owned real property located at 415 Grant Street, Van Meter, Iowa 50261. The property consists of approximately 0.17 acres (7,355 square feet) and includes an existing two-story commercial/residential building served by municipal water, sanitary sewer, and electric utilities. The City seeks proposals that will return the property to productive use, enhance the tax base, comply with applicable City codes, and provide a community benefit. The minimum acceptable purchase price is $55,000.00.
