NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 22nd day of July, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Red Bank Municipal Building, 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, New Jersey, the Red Bank Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application of K&G Realty Group, LLC, at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The premises in question is located in the RD Zoning District, Block 39, Lot 4, and more commonly known as 64 Locust Avenue, Red Bank, New Jersey.
The Applicant is seeking minor subdivision approval to form two (2) residential lots (consisting of 5,000 square feet and 21,871 square feet, respectively) out of the single existing residential lot (consisting of 26,871 square feet), together with construction of a new single-family residence.
This application will require the following variances:
Section 490-141: Minimum Lot Frontage of 50 feet is required, where 25 feet is proposed (proposed Lot 4.02);
Section 490-98(I): Parking located in the front yard area, where same is not permitted.
In addition, the Applicant will request such other variances, exceptions, interpretations and/or design waivers which may be necessary to accommodate the application as filed or as revised by the Planning Board and/or its professionals, and will amend its application on the record accordingly.
A copy of said application and related documents are on file with and may be inspected by all interested parties in the Department of Planning and Zoning, 90 Monmouth Street, Third Floor, Red Bank, New Jersey during normal business hours.
