Unity of Light Spiritual Center, Inc., a religious corporation with offices at 3433 Foster Valley Rd, Owego, NY 13827, gives notice of its intention to petition the Supreme Court of Broome County of the State of New York on August 10, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an order decreeing the dissolution of said Unity of Light Spiritual Center, Inc., and ordering the distribution any and all assets belonging to said corporation, after providing for the ascertaining and payment of the debts of said corporation and the necessary costs and expenses of such proceedings of such dissolution, to be transferred to the Universal Church of the Master, a not for profit religious corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and The Church of the Living Spirit, a religious corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, to be devoted and applied to their general purposes, and for such other purposes as may be just and proper.
