LEGAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF WAYNE PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Joseph Scuralli has applied to the Planning Board of the Township of Wayne with reference to property located at 31 Kievit Road and 1134 Ratzer Road, Wayne, designated as Block 2205, Lots 102 & 102.01, on the municipal tax map for Minor Subdivision Approval for a simple lot line adjustment between Lot 102.01 and Lot 102 and proposed garage, driveway on Lot 102.01. The applicant also requests any and all other necessary variances, waivers, design standard exceptions, permits, incidental relief and authorizations that may be deemed required, appropriate or necessary by the Board or the Applicant including determinations made during the hearing process which may be generated by way of plans and submissions.
